How much vitamin D per day is needed?
For most people, the daily recommended (minimum) amount of vitamin D is 10 micrograms (source: Voedingscentrum). However, many people need more vitamin D because their skin does not produce enough of it under the influence of the sun. You can find Vitamin D in fatty fish, eggs, butter, margarine and mushrooms. Vitamin D contributes to the proper absorption of calcium from food.

Individuals aged 50 (women) or 70 (men) and older who have light skin and get sufficient outdoor exposure.

Sweetener (xylitol), dextrose, bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), anti-caking agent (talc, stearic acid, magnesium stearate), cholecalciferol.

Usage
The recommended dose is 1 tablet per day, unless otherwise advised. Preferably take during or after a meal. Suitable for children from 3 years of age. Contains natural sugar and sweetener. Excessive use may have a laxative effect.
