Strata Fem is rich in iron, which contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin. Thanks to vitamins B2, B3, B5, and B6, the multivitamin helps reduce fatigue. B6 also contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity. Furthermore, selenium and zinc are good for hair and nails, and selenium, biotin, copper, and zinc help maintain shiny hair.
