Composition per daily dose of 1 capsule:
bacterial preparation 1 x 10 ⁹ cfu*
in approximately equal proportions:
- Bifidobacterium bifidum
- Bifidobacterium lactis
- Enterococcus faecium
- Lactobacillus casei
- Lactobacillus gasseri
- Lactobacillus paracasei
- Lactobacillus plantarum
- Lactobacillus salivarius
- Lactococcus lactis
*cfu = colony forming units

Ingredients
Corn starch, beef gelatin, natural protein isolate, potassium chloride, bacterial culture, magnesium sulfate, amylase, manganese sulfate.

Usage
The recommended dosage for adults is 1 capsule per day.
The maximum dosage is 3 capsules per day, unless otherwise advised.
Add the contents of the capsule(s) to lukewarm water or skimmed milk, yoghurt drink, lemonade (syrup) at room temperature, stir and drink preferably on an empty stomach.

Storage instructions
Store in a dry place at room temperature.
Includes a drying bag to guarantee quality; not suitable for consumption.
