Composition
Composition per daily dose of 1 capsule:
bacterial preparation 0.5 x 108 cfu*
in approximately equal proportions:
- Bifidobacterium lactis
- Enterococcus faecium
- Lactobacillus casei
- Lactococcus lactis
*cfu = colony-forming units

Corn starch, bovine gelatine, maltodextrin, natural protein isolate, bacterial culture.
Usage
The recommended dosage for children aged four to twelve is a maximum of 1 capsule per day. The recommended dosage for children aged twelve and above, and adults, is 1 capsule per day. The maximum dosage is 3 capsules per day for a short period, unless otherwise advised. Add the contents of the capsule(s) to half a glass of lukewarm water or skimmed milk, yoghurt or plant-based drink, lemonade (syrup) at room temperature, stir, and drink preferably on an empty stomach. When using antibiotics, wait 2-3 hours before using this product.
