Usage
The recommended dosage for adults is 2 tablets per day, unless otherwise advised.
The maintenance dose is 1 tablet per day. Preferably taken with or after a meal.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

This nutritional supplement is not suitable for children under 3 years of age.
Do not use if pregnant (wishing to conceive) or breastfeeding.
