L-Tryptophan is an amino acid. It is found in food such as cottage cheese, turkey, chicken, chicken liver, tofu, salmon, almonds, peanuts, walnuts, bananas, pineapple, milk, honey, and wheat bread.
Contains no yeast, sucrose, synthetic preservatives, synthetic colours, fragrances or flavours.
