Ingredients
Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), alpha-amylase complex, protease complex, anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide), cellulase complex (contains WHEAT flour), lipase complex (contains WHEAT flour).

Usage
For maintenance, the recommended dosage for adults is 1 tablet per day, preferably taken before or during a meal.
The maximum dosage is 6 tablets spread over the day with meals, unless otherwise advised.

Do not use if pregnant (when trying) or breastfeeding.

Storage instructions
Store in a dry place at room temperature.
