Ingredients
Minerals, bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, cross-linked sodium carboxylmethylcellulose), glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, isomalt, carnauba wax), anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids, talc), colour (calcium carbonate), triglycerides.

Usage
The recommended dosage is 3 tablets per day, unless otherwise advised.
The maintenance dose is 1 tablet per day. Preferably taken with or after a meal.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

High doses of magnesium can have a laxative effect.
Includes a drying bag to guarantee quality; not suitable for consumption.
