Calcium, magnesium, and vitamin D contribute to the maintenance of strong bones. For people who consume few dairy products, it is beneficial to take Cal Citrate +. Adult men and women (aged 19-50) need an average of 1000 milligrams (= 1 gram) of calcium per day. According to the Health Council, those aged 70 and over need 1200 mg per day. The recommended daily allowance of magnesium for adult men (aged 19-50) is 300-350 mg and for adult women 250-350 mg. Organically bound calcium is easily digestible and therefore particularly suitable for the elderly. It combines well with D-25, which not only promotes calcium absorption in the bones but also helps maintain a healthy immune system.
