Balanced B-50 is lower-dosed than B 100 (from at least 1x the RDA) and contains vitamin C as an extra for immune support. Balanced B50 & C also contains plant extracts such as kelp (contains 1% iodine) and alfalfa. Balanced B 50 & C is beneficial for a good mental balance (vitamins B3, B5, B6, folic acid, vitamin B12 and vitamin C) and for normal concentration (vitamins B1, B3, B6, B12, biotin and vitamin C).
