Ingredients
Matricaria chamomilla Chamomile flower (34.24%), Ocimum gratissimum Holy Basil – Vana Tulsi (16.35%) leaf, Ocimum sanctum Holy Basil – Krishna Tulsi (14.65%) – Rama Tulsi (14.32%) leaf, Rosa centifolia Rose petal (10.22%), Cymbopogon citratus Lemongrass (6.13%) leaf, Rose natural aroma (4.09%).

Usage
Place one sachet in a cup. Pour over just-boiled, hot water and let steep for 5 to 10 minutes.
Add sweetener if desired.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding: consult a doctor before using this herbal tea.
