Organic Bibhitaki (Terminalia bellirica) 640 mg
Organic Haritaki (Terminalia chebula) 640 mg

Amalaki fruit*, Bibhitaki fruit*, Haritaki fruit*, HPMC veg capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose)*organic

Use
Take 2 capsules twice daily, with water during meals. If undergoing medical treatment, pregnant or breastfeeding, always consult your doctor before using a herbal supplement.
