To apply the 3M™ Opticlude™ Eye Patch, apply it to clean, dry skin. First, remove the paper backing from the 3M™ Opticlude™ Eye Patch. Close your eyes lightly and relax your facial muscles—do not squint. Start at the nose and move towards the sides of your face. If the adhesive is strong, apply the 3M™ Opticlude™ Eye Patch to your own hand first. Press the 3M™ Opticlude™ Eye Patch firmly for optimal adhesion.

To delete
When removing the eye patch, gently loosen the edges of the patch with a damp cloth. Remove the patch slowly and gently, working from the nose towards the ear: close to the skin's surface and rolling over itself. (Do not lift the skin at an angle.) Support the skin with your other hand. Then, if necessary, apply skin care products.
