Omron Ear Thermometer MC521

In addition to measuring body temperature through the ear, the Gentle Temp 521 can also be used to measure surface temperature - e.g. a baby bottle with food - and to measure the temperature in the room.

What is this medicine used for?
To measure the temperature through the ear.

Directions for use
Body temperature measurement
1. Press the ON/MEM button
2. Insert the sensor as far into the ear as is comfortable, towards the eardrum.
3. Press the start button
4. Remove the thermometer from the ear and check the measurement result.
5. To turn off the thermometer, press and hold the ON/MEM button until OFF appears on the display.

Surface measurement
1. Press the ON/MEM button to turn on the thermometer.
2. Press and hold the ON/MEM button. While holding this button, press the START button.
3. Place the instrument close to the object and press the START button
