Usage
Take 1-3 tablespoons of 15 ml per day with a meal. Shake the bottle in a figure-eight motion before use. Perfect Balance is suitable for cold use up to 50 °C. This means you cannot use this oil for frying, stir-frying, or deep-frying. You can, for example, mix the oil with yogurt, fruit juice, and dressings, or add it to soup, pasta, and cooked vegetables. Any flaking, sediment, or color difference is possible but natural.

Storage advice
