Omega & More Canadian Essence

This package contains 1 liter and is sufficient for 2 to 3 weeks of use. In addition to this ready-to-use version, the dry version, which you have to prepare yourself, is also often used. The convenience of the ready-to-use version is that you can start immediately and then prepare the dry version at your leisure.

Ingredients
Water (distilled), burdock root (arctium lappa), sheep sorrel (rumex acetosella), slippery elm (ulmus rubra), watercress (nasturtium officinale), rhubarb (rheum palmatum), brown algae (laminaria digitata), blessed thistle (chicus benedictus), red clover (trifolium pratense).

Usage
Drink Canadian essence a few hours before or after a meal, preferably before going to sleep. Take a few minutes for it. The normal dose is 2 tablespoons per day (30 ml), preferably taken in the evening. For extra support, take 2 tablespoons (30 ml) in the morning and 2 tablespoons (30 ml) in the evening, for a total of 60 ml per day. The maximum dose is 60 ml twice a day, so 120 ml per day. Build up the dosage slowly. For children over 4 years old, give 1 tablespoon in the morning and 1 tablespoon in the evening (total 30 ml). For toddlers, give a maximum of 1/2 tablespoon in the morning and 1/2 tablespoon in the evening (total 15 ml).
