Preparation advice Important: Always follow these instructions for use.
l. Warm 200 ml of breast milk*/follow-on formula to lukewarm temperature. Pour the milk into a bottle or on a plate.
2. Add 2-3 tablespoons (+/- 10 g) to the bottle or 6 tablespoons (+/- 20 g) to the plate.
3. Shake the bottle or stir well to obtain a smooth paste.
4. After preparing, let the porridge stand for 1-2 minutes to get the right texture.

*Please note: when preparing while breastfeeding, the porridge may become thin.
Tip: If a whole plate is too much, you can also make half a plate with 100 ml breast milk*/follow-on milk and 3 tablespoons (+/- 10 g).
