Use
Single-use earplugs against harmful noise

Instructions for use
Roll the earplug into a firm cylinder. Pull the ear upwards to straighten the ear canal and with the other hand, insert the compressed earplug deep inside. Hold the earplug in place until it has expanded and assumed a comfortable position. If the earplug does not stay in place or falls out by itself, it probably does not fit the shape of your ear canal properly. In that case, try another model – for example, an ON-ear earplug made of wax or silicone. This is a medical device, please read the instructions before use.
