Ingredients

Purified water; solvent: glycerol (vegan); dexpanthenol (Vit. B5); glycine; d-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (Vit. E); arginine-alpha-ketoglutarate; vegetable emulsifier: sunflower lecithin; natural flavouring: mint; plant-based sweetener: steviol glycoside (stevia); pyridoxine hydrochloride; garcinia cambogia extract (HCI); gymnema sylvestre extract; griffonia simplicifolia extract (contains 5-HTP); preservative: potassium sorbate; ionic minerals complex; Ubiquinol (co-enzyme Q10).

Instructions for use

Before first use - press the pump 4 to 6 times to activate it. Shake gently before use. Spray directly into the mouth cavity, 2 - 4 sprays when you feel cravings and 15 minutes before meals. Each tube contains approximately 240 metered sprays. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Avoid spraying into eyes.

For adults only. Not to be used by children, during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Do not combine 5-HTP with medicines that affect brain metabolism, such as antidepressants and sedatives.
