Goodnight Vitaminespray contains the maximum permitted dose for food supplements of 0.299 mg of melatonin, but in addition, we have added 5-HTP from Griffonia Simplicifolia, L-theanine and a special herbal complex*. 5-HTP is a precursor to the body's own production of melatonin.

Herbal extract complex (5 mg) of: Guelder-rose, Feverfew,

Valerian (0.625 mg each)*.

Ingredients

Purified water; solvents: glycerol (organic - vegan), alcohol; 5-HTP from griffonia simplicifolia; L-theanine; melatonin; herbal extract complex; natural flavouring: spearmint; plant-based sweetener: steviol glycoside (stevia); preservative: potassium sorbate; acidity regulator: citric acid.

Usage
Before first use, press the pump 4 to 6 times to activate it. Shake gently before use. Spray 1 to 8 puffs directly into the mouth cavity 15 minutes before sleep as needed.
