of which:
Phospholipids (SOY)	72 mg
Silybum marianum (fruit extract) (standardized to 30% silybin	48 mg

Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), milk thistle phytosome (phospholipids (SOY), silybum marianum), capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide)

Usage
1 - 2 capsules per day.
