Usage
2 capsules per day, preferably with a meal.

Storage instructions
Store in a cool, dry place. Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not administer to children under 18 years of age. Inform your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking any other medications at the same time. Intake should be limited to a few weeks/months. Do not consume on an empty stomach or if you are taking other products containing green tea on the same day. One capsule contains 25 mg of epigallocatechin 3-gallate (EGCG); do not exceed the daily dose of 800 mg of EGCG.
