Nattokinase Forte contains a very stable and active form of nattokinase that does not contain vitamin K2.
The enzyme nattokinase is naturally found in natto (fermented soybeans), a traditional Japanese dish.

Ingredients
Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), nattokinase (SOY), capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide), thiamine mononitrate.

Use
1 to 2 capsules, twice a day. Simultaneous use of NattoKinase Forte with blood-thinning medications (anticoagulants) is best done under medical supervision.
