Turmeric (Curcuma longa L.) standardized to 95% curcuminoids	400 mg

Ingredients
turmeric, capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), filler (microcrystalline cellulose), emulsifier (glyceryl dibehenate), anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide).

Usage
1 to 2 capsules per day, preferably with a meal.

Consult your doctor or pharmacist before use if you are taking anticoagulants at the same time. Not for use by pregnant or breastfeeding women, or children under 18 years of age. Inform your doctor or pharmacist if you have liver or gallbladder problems, or if you are taking other medications.
