Usage
1 green and 1 purple capsule in the morning with a meal. Not suitable for children up to 18 years of age, and during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Not suitable for individuals taking coumarin anticoagulants. Should not be consumed on an empty stomach or if other green tea-containing products are consumed on the same day. 1 green capsule contains 112.5 mg epigallocatechin 3-gallate (EGCG); do not exceed the daily amount of 800 mg EGCG per day. Inform your doctor or pharmacist in case of liver or gallbladder conditions or concomitant use of medications.
