Usage
Mild dosage 5 ml per day
Normal dosage 10 ml per day

Mix the dosage with a glass of water, juice or smoothie.

If you're using 7M for the first time, we recommend starting with a mild daily dose of 5 ml. After a few days, you can increase this to 10 ml per day if desired. The maximum daily dose is 30 ml.
Your body may need some time to adjust to the beneficial bacteria and herbs in 7M. Your intestines may become a bit more active and rumble a bit. However, this isn't a problem and is generally considered a positive experience.
Storage instructions
Once opened, store in the refrigerator (approx. +7°C) for 2 months. Keep out of reach of children.
