Nutriphyt Omarin Omarin® is a dietary supplement consisting of capsules (based on fish gelatin, therefore suitable for a halal/kosher diet) with high-quality, pure fish oil, with the added benefit of vitamin D3. It contains only fish oil in its natural matrix of (other) fatty acids: a high dose of unsaturated omega-3 fatty acids (but guaranteed without the addition of highly processed or esterified isolates and concentrates).

If taken by the mother during pregnancy or breastfeeding, DHA contributes to the development of the baby's brain and eyes. Therefore, you should supplement with 200 mg of DHA daily in addition to the recommended daily amount from your diet.
