Chromium (picolinate)	50 μg - 125% RI*

Ingredients
Reducose (white Mulberry), Camellia sinensis (green tea), Chromium (picolinate), Vitamin D3 Excipients: Bulking agent: Potato starch, Bambusa arundinacea (bamboo).Stabiliser: Acacia gum. Glazing agent: Stearic acid, Blue agave (Agave tequilana). Gelling agent: Vegetable capsule.

Usage
Take 2 Capsules daily before meals. Maximum dose of EGCG (Epigallocatechin-3-gallate) is 800 mg per day. Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products. Not suitable for children under 18 years of age, during pregnancy or lactation.
