Nutritional plan advice
For this age, 300 ml of dairy products per day is recommended as part of a healthy and varied diet. Use 1 level scoop per 30 ml of water. Your baby will let you know when they've had enough, so they don't always need to finish a cup.

Preparation advice
1. Wash your hands and make sure the cup and other materials are clean.
2. Pour the required amount of cold water into the cup and heat, if desired, to lukewarm temperature in the microwave.
3. Loosely stir the enclosed measuring scoop into the powder and level it off against the leveling edge.
4. Add the correct number of scoops to the water in the cup.
5. Stir the contents of the cup until the powder has completely dissolved (± 10 seconds).
6. Keep the measuring scoop in the packaging.

Storage instructions
• After use, close the packaging and store it in a cool, dry place. Once opened, the contents can be kept for up to 4 weeks.
