Instructions for use
Add the recommended amount of powder to a cup or other container.
Gradually add the drink or liquid, stirring constantly.
Shake until the powder is completely dissolved. To thicken foods and achieve a puree-like consistency, add more powder until the desired consistency is reached. Prepare the desired amount of food and consume within 2 hours.
