Usage
For occasional support, take 10-15 drops 2-4 times a day, or for occasional support, 20-30 drops before bedtime, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Place the drops in 120ml of water and wait one minute before drinking. Shake well before use. Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Discontinue use if side effects occur.
