Usage Always take MultiPerfect with water during meals or food. This ensures optimal absorption of all nutrients. If you take two tablets per day, take one tablet with breakfast or lunch and one tablet with dinner for optimal absorption. Follow the recommended dosage.
Children from 6 to 11 years: ½ to 1 tablet with a meal
Children from 12 to 18 years: 1 tablet with a meal
Adults, 50+ and elderly: 1 tablet 1 to 2 times daily with a meal
Expectant mothers: 1 tablet twice a day with a meal
