-Purified fish oil from anchovy/sardines and tuna.

-EPA and DHA have a beneficial effect on the heart at a daily dose of at least 250 mg of both omega-3 fatty acids.
-DHA is good for the brain and vision at a minimum daily dose of 250 mg.

Usage
