Claims
-EPA and DHA have a beneficial effect on the heart with a daily dose of at least 250 mg of both omega-3 fatty acids. -DHA is good for the brain and vision at a minimum daily dose of 250 mg.

Fish oil concentrate, molecularly distilled	1000 mg

EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid)	180 mg
DHA (docosahexaenoic acid)	120 mg

Fish oil concentrate (anchovy/sardine/tuna) (FISH); Softgel shell: gelatin (bovine); glycerine, water; Antioxidant: D-alpha tocopherol.

Usage
1-3 times daily 1 softgel, unless otherwise prescribed by a physician or therapist. Preferably take with a meal.
