Phospholipids		450 mcg
Astaxanthin		360 mcg

Krill oil (CRUSTACEANS), softgel wall: gelatin (bovine), glycerin, water

Usage
Take 2 softgels once a day, preferably with a meal.Contains astaxanthin. Not suitable for children under 14 years. Do not use in combination with other astaxanthin-containing products.Consult your healthcare professional, doctor or pharmacist if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have any uncertainties.
