Ingredients Dong quai, Raspberry, Bulking agent (Cellulose), Iron (bisglycinate) (Ferrochel®), Vitamins: Vitamin C (ascorbic acid), Vitamin B-12 (cyanocobalamin), Anti-caking agents (Fatty acid, Magnesium stearate, Silicon dioxide, Cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose), Coating (Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose).
Usage Take 1 tablet once a day, preferably with a meal.
Not suitable for children.
