Ingredients
Dong quai, Raspberry, Filler (Cellulose), Iron (bisglycinate) (Ferrochel®), Vitamins: Vitamin C (ascorbic acid), Vitamin B-12 (cyanocobalamin), Anti-caking agents (Fatty acid, Magnesium stearate, Silicon dioxide, Croscarmellose sodium), Coating (Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).

Usage
1 tablet once a day, preferably taken with food. Not suitable for children. High intake of iron by young children can be toxic. If multiple tablets are swallowed at once, consult a doctor immediately.
