Curcuma, Phosphatidylcholine complex, Fillers (Rice flour, Cellulose), Capsule shell (Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), Anti-caking agents (Magnesium stearate, Silicon dioxide).

Directions for use
Take 1 vegicap 1-3 times daily, preferably with a meal.
