Soy lecithin granules are a product made from soy lecithin, which is derived from soybeans. Lecithin is a natural substance used in many foods as an emulsifier, meaning it helps to mix ingredients that normally do not blend well, such as water and oil.
Soy lecithin, extracted from soybeans, contains various phospholipids*, including phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylethanolamine, phosphatidylinositol, and phosphatidylserine.
The granulated product is made by processing the lecithin into small grains or particles. These granules are easy to mix with other ingredients and can be used in various food applications, such as baking, cooking, or as a nutritional supplement.
Soy lecithin granules are often used for their beneficial properties and are rich in choline.
This product is guaranteed free from gluten, wheat, yeast, milk, lactose, artificial colours, flavours, and sweeteners, and preservatives.

Directions for use
Adults add 2 generous dessert spoons daily to your favourite meals and drinks such as cereals, muesli, yoghurt, quark, porridge, desserts, soups or juices. Be careful not to heat lecithin, as this can reduce its effectiveness.Do not exceed the recommended daily dose unless advised otherwise by your healthcare professional.
