Usage Adults take 3 capsules (equivalent to just over 2 grams of beef concentrate) daily as a dietary supplement, preferably with their main meal, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.
3 capsules per day is equivalent to more than 150 grams of organ meat per week.
