Ingredients
Fermented guar bean fibres (from Indian guar beans, Cyamopsis tetragonoloba).
Usage
Take 2-4 level scoops (5-10 grams) daily with a meal. Mix the powder with water (approximately 200 ml) or another liquid of your choice. Let the drink stand briefly so that the fibres can fully dissolve. For an extra boost, the fibres can also be mixed with food, even warm dishes like yoghurt.
