Ingredients Bulking agent (refined SOY oil), FISH gelatin (capsule shell), green-lipped mussel (MOLLUSK) (Perna canaliculus), blackcurrant (Ribes nigrum) leaf extract, curcumin (Curcuma longa), vitamins, calcium gluconate, emulsifiers (sunflower lecithin, glycerine), stabilizer (beeswax), color (sodium copper chlorophyllin, iron oxide black).
Usage As a starting dose, take 1 capsule 3 times a day, preferably before meals with water. This recommended amount may also be taken all at once. If desired, you can later switch to a maintenance dose of 1 to 2 capsules per day.
Not suitable if you are trying to conceive, are pregnant or breastfeeding.
