Ingredients
Filler (refined SOYbean oil), FISH gelatin (capsule shell), green-lipped mussel (MOLLUSC) (Perna canaliculus), blackcurrant (Ribes nigrum) leaf extract, curcumin (Curcuma longa), vitamins, calcium gluconate, emulsifiers (sunflower lecithin, glycerine), stabiliser (beeswax), colour (sodium copper chlorophyllin, iron oxide black).

Usage
As a starting dose, take 1 capsule 3 times daily, preferably before meals, with water. This recommended amount can also be taken at once. If desired, a maintenance dose of 1 to 2 capsules per day can later be adopted. Not suitable for those trying to conceive, pregnant, and/or breastfeeding.
