Discover the essence of traditional Japanese matcha with Amazing Matcha Premium. This matcha is carefully produced in Japan's finest tea growing regions, respecting age-old tea traditions—without compromise.
Origin and cultivation
The leaves come from Japan, from regions where the climate, soil and expertise are perfect for growing high-quality matcha.
For harvesting, young leaves are selected; only the tender, bright green part is used, while stems and veins are carefully removed.
Production process
After harvesting, the leaves are steamed to prevent oxidation, which gives them a fresh color and scent.
The leaf is then slowly dried and ground into a very fine powder using stone mills, for a silky smooth texture without bitterness.
Taste and use
Amazing Matcha Premium has a full, creamy flavor with subtle umami notes. It's mildly bitter with a smooth finish.
Perfect for traditional preparation with hot water (approx. 80 °C), but also tasty in lattes, smoothies or recipes where you really want to use matcha powder.

Usage
A daily dose contains 1 scoop.
Bring fresh, preferably soft, water to a boil and let it cool to about 80°C (176°F). Add 1 heaped scoop (1 gram) of matcha powder to a small bowl with 70–100 ml (2.5–3.5 oz) of water. Whisk the tea for about 15 seconds with a matcha bamboo whisk, or stir carefully until a smooth, frothy drink forms.
