Ingredients
Oil from Schizochytrium sp. rich in omega-3 fatty acids (72.6%), modified tapioca starch, humectant: glycerin, sunflower oil (Helianthus annuus L.) (1.9%), flavouring: rosemary extract, extracts: tocopherols and ascorbyl palmitate

Usage
4 capsules daily. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. For pregnant and breastfeeding women: 1 capsule per day (according to EU 2017/2470). These should be taken with sufficient liquid during or after a meal. This ensures that the body can absorb the fatty acids optimally.
