Heat/Cold therapy for natural pain relief.

Directions for use
Cold treatment for:
Acute injuries (bruises, sprains, small bumps), chronic pain due to muscle/joint injuries, swelling or fever reduction, headaches & migraines, Fever, Sprains e.g. ankle, Inflammations, First aid for pulled muscles in the leg/arm

Heat therapy for:
Provides relief from muscle spasms and reduces pain, soothes and relaxes.
Chronic pain in the musculoskeletal system (but without current inflammation), muscle tension, back pain, menstrual pain, arthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.

The matching soft cover with elastic straps allows for hands-free use.
