Yerba Mate Leaf Extract (llex paraguariensis A. St. -Hil) - 5:1 extracted from 600 mg of dried leaves standardised to 2-4% caffeine	120 mg
Black Pepper Extract (Piper nigrum L.)	6 mg

Ingredients
Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose), green tea extract (Camellia sinensis L.), L-choline bitartrate, black cumin seed extract (Nigella sativa L.), milk thistle extract (Silybum marianum L.), yerba mate leaf extract (Ilex paraguariensis A. St.-Hil.), ginger root extract (Zingiber officinale Roscoe), coating (magnesium salts of fatty acids, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, glycerol), potato starch, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), black cumin seed oil (Nigella sativa L.), black pepper extract (Piper nigrum L.).

Usage
Take 1 tablet twice daily with a glass of water and with a meal. Please note: not suitable for children under 11 years of age.
