Ingredients herbal extracts, bovine gelatin (capsule shell), caffeine, bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), anti-caking agents (vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide).
Usage As a starting dose, take 1 capsule 3 times daily with plenty of water. If desired, you can later increase the dose to 2 capsules per day.
Contains caffeine. Not recommended for children and pregnant women (150 mg caffeine per daily dose of 3 capsules).
Green tea:
Maximum dose of ECGC is 800 mg per day.
Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products.
Not suitable for children under 18 years, during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
