Ingredients FISH oil, natural orange oil, rosemary oil, tocopherol (vitamin E), Quik-Sorb® (ginger, amla fruit, capsicum fruit). Contains FISH (anchovies and sardines) and SOY.
Usage Shake well before use
Take 5 ml (1 teaspoon) daily during or immediately after a meal.
Can also be mixed in 30ml of water or food.
Do not use omega-3 oil on an empty stomach. It may cause acid reflux.
