Usage
Directions for use Normal use: For adults and children over 12 years, take 2x 5ml (2 teaspoons) daily. For children between 6-12 years, take 5ml (1 teaspoon) daily. Intensive use: For adults and children over 12 years, take 10 ml (2 teaspoons) 4x per day. For children between 6-12 years, take 5ml (1 teaspoon) 2x per day. Month cure normal | use 2½ x bottles of Sambucus elderberry extract for a month. Month cure intensive | use 5x bottles of Sambucus elderberry extract for a month. TIP: Keep the Sambucus elderberry extract in the mouth for 30-60 seconds for even better absorption through the mucous membranes. Shake well before use!
