Usage
Directions for use Normal use: For adults and children over 12 years, take 2x 5ml (2 teaspoons) daily.
For children between 6-12 years take 5ml (1 teaspoon) daily.
Intensive use: For adults and children over 12 years take 10 ml (2 teaspoons) 4 times a day.
For children between 6-12 years take 5ml (1 teaspoon) twice a day.

Monthly treatment normal | use 2½ bottles of Sambucus elderberry extract for one month.
One-month intensive treatment | use 5 bottles of Sambucus elderberry extract for one month.

TIP: Hold the Sambucus elderberry extract in your mouth for 30-60 seconds for even better absorption through the mucous membranes.
