What makes Nature's Answer liquid supplements so special?
A liquid supplement is almost always better absorbed by the body than capsules or pills. Research has confirmed this. Pills or capsules are absorbed at a rate of up to 20%, while liquid supplements are absorbed at a rate of up to 98%. A liquid supplement requires almost no digestion and can even be absorbed through the oral mucosa. Therefore, it's always recommended to hold a liquid supplement in the mouth briefly before swallowing, so the nutrients are absorbed directly through the oral mucosa.
