1 daily dose contains 2-3 ml water-alcohol extract of 200 - 300 mg dried Ashwagandha root

Ingredients
Water-alcohol extract of Ashwagandha root. Alcohol content 30%.

Usage
Unless otherwise prescribed, take 15 to 20 drops in a small amount of water 3 times a day.
For children aged 2-15 years, use the same number of drops as their age. Shake before use.

Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding is not recommended.
Consult your doctor or pharmacist before use if you have a thyroid disorder and/or are using thyroid hormones.
